AskQuorum started as an internal problem. We were building software for clients and found ourselves spending more time managing AI tools than using them. Every LLM had different strengths. Prompts that worked in one tool failed in another. Context was lost between sessions. Reviews took as long as the code itself.
So we built our own infrastructure — a delivery framework where AI is embedded at every stage, not bolted on as an afterthought. Structured requirements feeding into structured design, feeding into code that gets reviewed before it's committed. A pipeline, not a chat window.
Kavya emerged from a parallel insight: the same multi-model intelligence that makes our delivery framework powerful could be made available to individuals — not through a new app, but through the interface everyone already uses. WhatsApp. No signup friction. No new habit to form. Just a number to message.
