Privacy policy.
What we collect, what we deliberately do not, and what you can ask us to do about it.
Last updated: 21 July 2026
01Scope of this policy
This policy explains what happens to information collected through askquorumai.com. It covers the website only.
Information you share with us during a client engagement is governed by the written agreement between us: typically an NDA, a master services agreement, and where applicable a data processing agreement. Where those terms differ from this policy, those terms apply to that project data.
02Information you give us
If you submit the contact form, we receive the details you enter: your name, work email address, and, where you choose to provide them, phone number, job title, company name, company website, company size, and whatever you write in the project details field.
If you email us directly, we receive the contents of that email and your address.
Please do not send confidential or sensitive material in a first message. We are happy to sign an NDA before you share anything of that nature.
03Information collected automatically
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare records standard server logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp) for delivery, security, and abuse prevention. We do not control the retention period for these logs; Cloudflare does.
04What this site does not do
We want to be specific rather than vague, because most privacy policies are vague here.
This website runs no advertising or tracking pixels, no session recording, no third-party marketing scripts, and no Google Analytics. Traffic is measured with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and gives you no identifier of any kind. We also count four anonymous actions as running totals only: a click through to the contact page, a WhatsApp click, an email-link click, and a completed enquiry form. Nothing in that data can be traced back to you, and two visits by the same person cannot be linked to each other. Because none of it identifies anyone, this site needs no cookie banner.
The site sets two functional cookies, both about language and neither used for tracking: aq_lang records a language you pick yourself, and aq_geo_lang records the language we suggested based on the country your request arrived from. Your light/dark theme preference and your language are also kept in your browser's local storage under aq-theme and aq-lang. All four stay on your device, none is transmitted to us, and clearing your browser data removes them.
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information, and we do not share it for advertising purposes.
05Why we use your information
To reply to your enquiry, scope and deliver work you have asked us about, meet our legal and accounting obligations, and keep the site secure.
For anyone in a jurisdiction where a lawful basis must be stated (such as the UK/EU GDPR): we rely on your consent where you submit a form voluntarily, on the necessity of taking steps prior to entering a contract, on our legitimate interest in operating and securing the site, and on compliance with legal obligations.
06Service providers
We keep the list of third parties deliberately short. At present:
Cloudflare: hosting, CDN, server logs, and the cookieless Web Analytics described in section 04.
Resend: delivery of contact form submissions to our inbox; the form's contents pass through their infrastructure.
The typefaces on this site are served from this domain, not from Google Fonts or any other third party, so loading a page reveals your IP address to nobody but Cloudflare.
These providers process information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
07Retention
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as there is an active or prospective business relationship, and afterwards only as long as needed for legal, tax, or dispute-resolution purposes.
If you would like your enquiry deleted sooner, email us and we will do it.
08International transfers
Our service providers operate globally, so your information may be processed in a country other than your own, including the United States. Where required, transfers rely on the safeguards those providers have in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
09Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or receive a copy in a portable format.
To exercise any of these, email support@askquorumai.com. We will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
10Children
This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
11Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted here rather than made quietly.
