One platform covering both sides of a steel fabricator's operation. Sales, dealers, and production staff each work within scoped access, and field dealers order over WhatsApp with OTP verification. Every job then carries its own record through the shop: cutting, fit-up, welding and finishing are each logged against the job number by the operator who did the work, so a supervisor can see where any job stands without walking the floor.
